What is Club Quarters?

Club Quarters are full service hotels in prime downtown locations offering business oriented, user friendly, club like facilities at the lowest possible prices.

How do you rate yourself?

Club Quarters are not rated by AAA or Mobil. However, the services and amenities are consistent with 4-star hotel industry standards.

Which hotel do you compare yourself to?

Club Quarters hotels are boutique-like with intimate lobbies. They are generally smaller in number of rooms when compared to larger hotel chains in the major cities where they are located. Each hotel, while offering similar amenities and features, has a unique feel and personality.

How old are your hotels?

Midtown, New York opened its doors in 1994. Wall Street, New York 1995, Washington, DC 1996, Boston 1997, Gracechurch, London and Philadelphia in 1999 and both Central Loop, Chicago and St. Paul's, London in 2000. Wacker at Michigan, Chicago 2002, San Francisco 2003, Houston 2004, opposite Rockefeller Center, New York 2005, Trafalgar Square, London, 2007, World Trade Center, New York 2009,  Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London in 2012 and Grand Central, New York 2013.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or changes must be made by 12 noon local hotel time one day prior to arrival to incur no penalty. For stays less than 30 days, cancellations or changes made after 12pm (local hotel time) day prior to arrival will result in a charge of $38/£25 plus tax; cancellations made after 12pm day of arrival will result in a charge equivalent to the first night room and tax at the rate confirmed for the stay.

For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights room and tax. For cancellations within 14 days for corporate apartments, the cancellation charge is 50% of first 30 nights.

How do the rates reflect the quality of the hotels?

Club Quarters offers value for both business or personal use, bearing in mind that the rooms are designed primarily for business travelers.

Is there a restaurant?

All Club Quarters have a restaurant and bar, hours might be limited on weekends in some locations. 

Are there meeting rooms or banquet facilities?

All Club Quarters have meeting rooms and banquet facilities accommodating up to 200 people.

Is the Member Service Desk staffed 24 hours a day?

Yes, there is a Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Do you have a Concierge?

Our Guest Service Managers can help you make reservations, make suggestions for restaurants, provide directions, and assist in many guest requests.

Is there a Fitness Room?

All Club Quarters have a Fitness Room. Additionally, we will deliver exercise equipment and yoga kits to your room at no additional charge.

Do you have room service?

All Club Quarters offer room service which includes a menu from the hotel's restaurant. Additionally, we offer a unique, multi-menu in room delivery service from area restaurants. A member of our staff will deliver the order to your room and the charges can be applied to your room bill.

What types of city attractions are near Club Quarters?

All Club Quarters are located in the heart of major city centers and are within a short distance of the city's main attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. Access to public transportation is close to all Club Quarters locations. Please click on the "Locations" tab on each hotel's homepage for an area map and list of local attractions and restaurants.

What features are found in Club Quarters' hotel rooms?

Visit Innovative Full Service Hotels for a complete list of the many features and amenities offered to our guests. Guest rooms are designed for business travelers in downtown areas. Club Size (single small doubles) and Standard rooms are modest in size.

Do you have valet parking?

Club Quarters in Chicago (Central Loop and Wacker at Michigan), Houston, Boston and World Trade Center locations offer valet parking. Club Quarters offer parking facilities near the hotel. When you reach the hotel, our staff at the Member Service Desk will be glad to help you with your bags and then direct you to a parking garage. Most garages offer our guests a reduced rate. Click "Directions" on the home page of any of our hotels for parking information.

Do you have rooms with 2 double beds?

We do not offer double-doubles however we offer two twin-size beds at each location.

Do you have smoking-permitted hotel rooms?

We have smoking-permitted rooms at our four London hotels. Due to legal requirements in some U.S. markets as well as guest preference, Club Quarters hotels in the U.S. are smoke-free.

Do you have king beds?

The majority of rooms have Queen beds, however we do have a limited amount of California Kings which can be requested, but not guaranteed.

Do you have connecting, adjoining rooms?

Each Club Quarters offers adjoining rooms. In many instances, this includes two rooms which share a common third door.

What is your extra person charge?

An extra person charge of $15/£10 per person will be incurred for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th person per day. Weekend extra person charge is $13/£8 for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th person per day.

Does Club Quarters provide ADA compliant rooms?

Yes, Club Quarters has ADA compliant rooms in all locations.

Do you have laundry services?

All Club Quarters offer valet cleaning, including same-day service. New York (Wall Street and World Trade Center), Philadelphia, Chicago (Central Loop and Wacker at Michigan), San Francisco, Houston as well as London (Trafalgar Square and St. Paul's), also offer complimentary use of washing and drying machines ideal for the long-term stay or those wishing to wash their own clothing.

What are your check in and check out times?

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is noon. Early check in or late check out can be arranged for a minimal charge if available at the time of check in.

Do you have a pool?

There are no pools, but a Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk will be glad to direct you to the nearest pool facility.

Do you permit pets?

Pets are not permitted, except service animals.

Do you have driving directions?

Click the "Directions" tab on the home page of any of our hotels.

Do you have a reservation waitlist?

We do have waitlists and will notify you should rooms become available.

Do you have a shuttle service?

We do not offer a shuttle service, however, many of the airport shuttle services do service the hotel and charge a fee that is substantially less than a taxicab.

How much is a taxi from the airport?

One way: NY $35-$60, Boston $25, DC $18 from National, $55 from Dulles, $70 from Baltimore Washington International, Philadelphia $27, Chicago $30-$45, San Francisco $50, Oakland $65, Houston Hobby $35, Bush International $48, and London Heathrow £69, Gatwick £110.

How late can we check in?

You can check in as late as 6am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, please advise Member Services when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.

Can someone hold luggage?

We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into, or upon departure. A Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk can do this for you. We can also store your luggage and have your clothes cleaned and ready for your return visit.
